The 2012 Van Halen tour schedule is out and Eddie, Alex, Wolfgang Van Halen will be joined by David Lee Roth on the road in support of their upcoming release, A Different Kind of Truth. The first stop on the tour will be at the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville on Feb. 18 and the tour will hit all the major concert venues and some such as Madison Square Garden are slated for multiple Van Halen concerts. The final Van Halen tour date is set for June 26 at the New Orleans Arena, provided there are no interruptions.
Van Halen will power through all the hits including “Jump”, “Panama”, “You Really Got Me” and “Dance the Night Away”. They will be without Michael Anthony on bass as they were on the last tour but they still rock with the best of them. Ticket prices for the Van Halen concerts have not been confirmed but should have a face value of around $100, expect for premium, VIP and tickets on the resell market.
Van Halen announced the new tour dates after a set on Jan. 5 at the Cafe Wha? in New York City. Van Halen tickets will be available online at PreferredSeat.com.
